Travelling to the Studio

  • If travelling by train the nearest station is Clifton Down- from here the studio is a short walk (approximately 10 minutes) or 5 minute bus ride from the Clifton station bus stop
  • If travelling by bus the nearest bus stop is Apsley Road.
  • Taxis can sometimes be hesitant to drive down the alley, if you require mobility aids be sure that they take you to our door as the road is cobbled which could be unpleasant/difficult to traverse

The Space and Accessibility

The studio is towards the end of a quiet cobbled alleyway and is street level.
As there is a step to the entrance we have a wheelchair ramp that can easily be deployed if needed and inside we have rubber floor ramps for room transitions, There is a bathroom is at the back of the space- due to its size larger mobility devices wont be able to fit inside with the door closed. We are very aware of this issue and are working on creative and dignified solutions to make it as accessible as possible for anyone who needs it.
The space itself is light and airy and we listen to an array of chill music at a comfortable level, with songs skipped or genre changed on request. Our tattoo beds are 184cm long, 76cm wide with a working capacity of 204kg and a step for additional access if needed. We also have a wedge cushion and multiple tattoo pillows of different sizes that can be used to make your session more comfortable, a large sofa for waiting and solid chairs that can be used if your artist needs you in a seated position.

We are more than happy to work to accommodate any specific needs that someone visiting might have or elaborate on any accessibility that isn’t mentioned here, just let us know!
